How to Reserve Rooms for MG 2017? Via Event Registration
Over the past several conventions, we have found it works best to limit the number of rooms that can be booked by an individual or club. Also we need to link the reservation of a room(s) from the event block to a registration for the event itself.
To accomplish those objectives, please proceed to make your registration for the event using the online registration process. Upon payment, you will receive an email confirmation of your registration which will include details and a special hyperlink to the hotel website to make your room reservations at the specially negotiated event rate. We will also include a group code that you can quote, should you prefer to call the hotel to make the reservation. This information is provided for all registrations (orders) where the registration/order contains a base registration for the car show, as either a North American MGB Register member or as a non-member.
Room rates will be $184.00 plus taxes at this prime location, destination hotel. This rate includes the combined daily $62 Passport to Paradise fee providing use of internet, fitness center, basketball, tennis, ping pong, horseshoes, etc; and parking fees. The MG2017 rate is guaranteed to be lower than published rates. Please note that the hotel’s reservation policy is to charge for the first night of your stay at the time you make the reservation. This is refundable if you cancel your reservation within the defined cancellation policy time/notice period which is 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. Your reservation confirmation will provide the specifics on the cancellation policy.
